Main Challenge: Excessive hair shedding post-partum. Never had hair or scalp issues before having her first child.

Five years ago, when I was postpartum, I had hair loss. It was like “Oh, my God, this is a lot of hair that I’m shedding.” It was coming out in the shower. So, I was kind of freaking out about it. It was annoying to clean the hair out too from the drain. Hair shedding was the reason why I went looking for a product. An indie, clean beauty shop called the Indie Shelf was close to me, so I went there. Sabeen, the owner of the shop, recommended Cria. Never needed any scalp or hair issue related product before I had my child. Shampoos/ conditioners yes, but not a specific scalp or hair product. Never had scalp or hair issues. I’ve tried like a hair mask, maybe three times in my life before. My hair is very straightforward, doesn’t take much to keep it healthy. So, when the shedding started I was clueless about what to do, where to find what I need. Cria kind of saved me, saved my hair so I’m really grateful.

Hair shedding was significantly decreased almost immediately after using the booster. Probably like THREE TO FIVE USES (the shedding had stopped). I WOULD SAY IT DECREASED BY LIKE, 80%. Within a few uses, I was like, this is pretty much back to normal. My hair also felt stronger, less brittle. Once my hair was back to normal, I stopped using Cria. It had served its need and really well too. Also, I did like Cria’s smell, it was calming. I really don't like floral scents or strong smells, but Cria’s was noticeable, easy on the nose, nice. I do remember that. I LOVED your shampoo and conditioner (Criapure) too. They felt very luxurious. My hair felt so soft and so well styled after. I would definitely want to keep using this combo.

I try to walk a lot. I make time for my friends. I love watching fun TV shows, distracts me because I have a very active mind. I do headspace meditations, frequently. Headspace is an app like CALM. It has a vast library of different types of guided meditations. They have meditations for children, which I've started showing to my child as well. They have sleep meditations that I do as well. I’ve always been mindful, even before COVID.
