Main challenge: Scalp flakiness, itchiness post-partum.

Her primary customers are women experiencing post-partum, menopause related hair fall, scalp issues. She finds there is a dearth of DIY scalp treatments in the market. There are a lot of scalp scrubs and exfoliating products than actual treatments, addressing scalp issues, especially for hormonal disbalance.

I started using the product after I had my son—was losing hair—in my post-partum hair shedding phase. I used it twice a week—scalp calmed down a lot—cut it down to once as a result and then every other week. Just felt good to use Cria--whether scalp, hair, body. It all felt right, good. Great hair day every time I used Cria. The fact that I was using it consistently helped my scalp to be less itchy. The results I saw with the oil were clearly visible and unique. I didn’t use Cria in combination with any other product. I would do the shampoo and conditioner to wash this off but no other product when using Cria. Since it was helping with my scalp condition, I brought it into the store for other clients with dandruff, itchy scalp, sensitive scalp. They all loved it! ‘Seemed to work really well—came back to purchase. Honestly, the oil (Cria) is the top treatment in the store—if people need treatment, then I recommend the oil (Cria). But if people only need hydration, I recommend other products.

I have two kids and the third is my shop. Trying to be creative with the shop—do new things with it, events to work on, grow the store to a second location—lot of my time is spent there.
